TUNE-UPS
Spring Tune-Up – Recommended MARCH through MAY. Cost per inspection: $60 first unit $40 each additional unit (5-ton and under).
Winter Tune-Up – Recommended OCTOBER through DECEMBER. Cost per inspection: Electric and Heat Pump $60 first unit $40 each additional unit (5-ton and under). Gas $120 first unit $100 each additional unit.
